CrowdGrade Support

CrowdGrade has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. If you see something that breaks our Terms of Service:

1. 1.Tap the ⋯ button on the post, comment, or person’s profile.
2. 2.Tap Report and choose a reason.

The person you report is not told who reported them. Our moderators review reports within 24 hours and remove content or suspend accounts that break the rules. You can also email us at support@crowd-grade.com about anything urgent.

Tap the ⋯ button on their post, comment, or profile and tap Block. You won't see each other's posts or profiles, and any friendship between you ends. They aren't notified. To unblock, open the Account tab, then Settings, then Blocked Users.

Open the Account tab, then Settings, then Display Name. Names can be 2 to 30 letters, numbers, dots, dashes, or underscores, must not already be taken, and can't contain offensive words.

1. 1.Open the Account tab.
2. 2.Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.
3. 3.Confirm. Your account, profile, posts, photos, and comments are permanently deleted. We keep a few records without your content, such as photo review results and moderation steps, as our Privacy Policy explains.

What is deleted and what is kept is described in our Privacy Policy. If you can't get into the app, email support@crowd-grade.com from the address you signed in with and we'll delete it for you.

Accounts that break our Terms of Service can be suspended. If you think yours was suspended by mistake, email support@crowd-grade.com from the address you signed in with.
